Anger is often seen as a negative thought process, don’t get me wrong, often to become angry, something is really riling you up… and anger can be destructive.

However consider the times, you got your act together and you put action into doing something productive, because anger had motivated you. Anger could have given you the courage to have you say about an injustice or something that needed much needed change.

Anger is an action emotion. Anger can get you into action when it comes to managing a difficult situation; or putting into action, something you have yet to accomplish but you have always wanted to get done. Anger can get you out of procrastination. Anger can also help to facilitate much needed change and cooperation in a relationship with then turns into harmony when two parties, get their frustrations out and they choose to work together for improved communication and outcomes - it can also lead to the end of a relationship with has reached its conclusion.

Anger can be a powerful emotion, which needs skill to manage and make into a productive part of your existence. However, if angry feelings and emotions go unchecked or are repressed, this can lead to unfavourable outcomes, which can cause mental and physical health issues. It is important to get help and support around anger management problems or issues, particularly when they start to have a negative impact on your life and relationships.
