Limiting Beliefs
Good Day! Belief is nothing but a thought, you keep thinking and thoughts aren't facts. Often when you have a negative or anxious thought you may need to ask yourself, is it true?
Notice any story lines or past life events, you may be repeating to yourself and holding onto. This may be the source of feelings like hurt, anger or sadness.
If you have any limiting self beliefs... ask yourself.. what would things be like, if I did not have this belief?
How would this benefit the personal areas in your life? Areas such as: your relationships; your energy levels; your health and wellbeing; or career goals and aspirations; your income and so many other areas which can be impacted by limiting self belief.
When we start questioning and challenging our limiting self beliefs, we start the process of developing positive change and seeing this manifest in our lives. 💜
